An idea...

A single player or coop game where you take the role of either The Doctor or Captain Jack Harkness. Your mission, two Time Agents who save world's from death and destruction.

I'd like to point out that this would be a separate story where the Doctor; after losing Amy & Rory, decides to go back in time and join the Time Agency.

Many people have tried and failed, plus I don't think any game developer would take up the challenge. Even if they did, the BBC would refuse.
